"Member Lori Dalton,12 year old daughter Amanda and boyfriend Miguel hike through Colorado"July 2010 - Lori saya, "The trail was a 5.3 mile hike each way. It lead us to a beautiful lake at the top, elevation was 11,040'. The weather was a bit extreme at the lake, with hail and a lot of wind and rain. We saw a lot of beautiful scenery, flowers, rocks, streams, etc. I am so proud of Amanda. She was a trooper! Our legs feel like Jello". Great Job guys! It looks beautiful
Congratulations to Shea Ehret who completed her first half marathon on November 29th in Cocoa. Shea and her husband ran an incredible first half marathon time of 1:59!!!! Shea began her training program with a long run of 3-4 miles, and gradually built up to a valiant 13.1 mile finish! Hard work and perserverance pay off every time! Yay Shea :)"

Congratulations to Craig Guy, Cheri Marks, Trudy Lannon, Renee Jiannine, Pat Renish, Pat's boyfriend Dave, Donna Soyk and our friend Sally"Congratulations to Craig Guy, Cheri Marks, Trudy Lannon, Renee Jiannine, Pat Renish, Pat's boyfriend Dave, Donna Soyk and our friend Sally for riding in the "Ride 4 aBreast" charity bike event on Sunday Oct 18th. The participants had the option of riding 12, 28, or 42 miles to raise money and awareness for breast cancer. We rode through Suntree and Viera, up through Cocoa village and north of 520. It was a beautiful day for a ride in spite of some chilly tempuratures and a head wind on the way up. In spite of some mishaps and a skinned knee, we had a great time. The next ride has yet to be announced, but we hope you will join us in the future. Thanks to Craig Guy for preparing many of our Custom Fit riders for the challenge!" Congratulations Wendy Handy, Diana Burton, and Bill Burton at the "I run for pizza race" in Viera August 15th.
Congratulations to Paul and Mary Failla!Paul and Mary trained for months to complete a 2 day, 150 mile bike ride through Central Florida - All to raise money and bring our awareness to Multiple Sclerosis and its foundation. This was Paul's 2nd ride for MS and Mary's first! With 2 small kids, this was NO small feat! Congratulations to both of you both for rising to the challenege and to the occasion to do something to benefit others! 150 miles in 2 days - seriously!!!! - it was those 6am wednesday Indoor Cycling classes that made the difference right Paul ;)"

Marcus is attending Georgia Military College this fall & will be at Custom Fit Indoor Cycling and running to stay in shape for the rigors of Military School. Congrats Marcus!
Congratulations to Renee JiannineOn May 4th, Renee and her brothers completed a 42 mile bike ride through the 5 burroughs of New York City. For the second year in a row and in spite of the chilly rain, Renee and her family braved the streets, hills, and bridges of the City to complete the event. Great Job Renee, we are so proud of you!!!"

The race benefits the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's team in training.
