5 Session Lifestyle and Weight Management Course
When we put our focus and energy into eating what is best for our bodies’ and our health, we will naturally attain and maintain a healthy weight, experience an increase in energy and enjoy a well balanced, active life.
Assessment, Education, and Personal Planning
- We’ll begin by talking about you – your lifestyle and current nutrition habits.
- Then we’ll talk “Nutrition 101” – Understand how and why our body’s need carbohydrates, protein, fat, & calories.
- Learn how to take better advantage of your body’s furnace – your metabolism.
- We will discuss how to structure meals and make better choices
- Then we apply this information to you as we do personal nutrition planning.
- We will Create a healthy grocery list
- Ensure that you are making the best choices when you shop and discover healthier alternatives.
- Learn how to read and understand the most important information on food labels.
- Goal setting – setting long and short term goals. We’ll create measurable steps that you will take daily, weekly and monthly to achieve your goals.
Accountability meetings & Goal planning and review sessions
- Throughout the course we will certain that you are comfortable with your plan
- Through nutrition journal review we are better able to address questions and make adjustments to your personal plan.
- We will continue with the education process
- We will also review your goals, check them off “the list” as you achieve them, and set new goals to keep you moving in the right direction.

Lifestyle and Weight Management Maintenance sessions
These sessions are for those who have completed the Lifestyle and Weight Management Course and can benefit from further support and goal planning.
~ The LWM and Goal Planning maintenance program is tailored to each individuals needs ~
For those who have completed the Lifestyle and Weight Management Course and feel that continued support is important, the maintenance program provides this support. This program includes four 30 minute appointments and is tailored to meet each member’s individual needs
Because exercise is so important to your nutrition program, anyone who participates in the Lifestyle and Weight Management Maintenance program will receive 8 complimentary group exercise classes within the month of their program.

Everyone’s nutrition plan begins at the grocery store. Look at shopping and the foods you choose in a whole new way!

This single session program is for someone interested in learning how to make positive changes
to their current nutrition plan.
We will begin our session discussing your goals and current dietary habits.
- “Nutrition 101” explains what you need to know about food, nutrients, and your metabolism. You will learn how to structure and plan meals as well as make better choices when shopping.
- We will apply this information as we do your personal nutrition planning.
