  • Resistance and Core 101: "1/2 full body resistance training, 1/2 pilates"- A timed circuit class designed to get your heart rate up and muscles pumped. Christine is an experienced trainer able to teach to all levels. This class is a great way to include core training and weight bearing exercise in one class. Come in after work, and head home feeling great!

  • Open Group Workout :  This time is set aside for members to get their own workout in.  Pre-written workouts are available.

  • Indoor Cycling: A high energy cycling class done on specialized stationary bikes.  Indoor Cycling is a great low impact workout for exercisers of all fitness and ability levels.  Everyone gets their own bike and controls their own resistance level.  It’s truly a fun and effective cardiovascular workout for everyone.

  • Yoga: A hatha style class that uses breath and postures to build focus, strength and flexibility.  To keep our bodies, our minds, and our muscles healthy and strong we must take time to care for each. 

  • Pilates: A program that focuses on the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced and which are essential to providing support for the spine.  It teaches awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, and aim to strengthen the deep torso muscles.  Ideal for every age and fitness level.

  • "Your circuit": is your chance to come in and do a pre-planned work out on your own.  Please RSVP for this class"
