Resistance and Core 101 - A great way to include or core training and weight bearing exercise in a class setting. Enjoy the energy and encourgament of a group and coaching of a certified trainer and class instructor. Get more out of your weekly workouts!
Indoor Cycling: A high energy cycling class done on specialized stationary bikes. Indoor Cycling is a great low impact workout for exercisers of all fitness and ability levels. Everyone gets their own bike and controls their own resistance level. It’s truly a fun and effective cardiovascular workout for everyone.
The Blend: The perfect mix of cardio and resistance training. To keep our minds and our bodies fresh, each workout is different. Modifications are made for beginners through advanced exercisers so everyone can have fun, participate and feel great .
Yoga:A hatha style class that uses breath and postures to build focus, strength and flexibility. To keep our bodies, our minds, and our muscles healthy and strong we must take time to care for each.
Pilates: A program that focuses on the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced and which are essential to providing support for the spine. It teaches awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, and aim to strengthen the deep torso muscles. Ideal for every age and fitness level.
